Work Right Advisory is growing our network of Project Geologists for a range of exploration and near-mine projects across Western Australia. These roles are perfect for geologists ready to step up into leadership, own their projects, and make a visible impact on discovery and resource growth.

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing and managing drilling and sampling programs.
• Interpreting geological data and developing robust models.
• Preparing reports and communicating outcomes to stakeholders.
• Leading and mentoring junior geologists and field teams.
• Balancing time between field execution and technical interpretation.

What you’ll bring:

• Degree in Geology or Earth Sciences.
• 3–7+ years’ experience in exploration or mine geology.
• Proficiency in Leapfrog, Micromine, Vulcan, or similar tools.
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
