WorkRight Advisory is seeking experienced Mobile Plant Operators for upcoming opportunities within the civil construction sector across Western Australia. Our clients deliver a wide range of infrastructure, road construction and bulk earthworks projects and are looking for skilled operators who can work safely, efficiently and as part of a high-performing team.

About the Work

Our clients are established civil contractors operating throughout regional WA, delivering projects across roads, bulk earthworks and general civil construction. With strong pipelines of work, they offer stable employment, well-maintained fleets and supportive site environments.

Skills, Experience and Abilities

• Minimum two years experience operating mobile plant in civil construction

• Ability to work on project-specific rosters

• Willingness to work on projects across regional WA (accommodation, meals and travel generally provided by the client)

• Relevant operating tickets (RIIMP) or proven competency to support VOC assessment

• Experience across a range of plant: graders, dozers, excavators, wheel loaders, skid steers, articulated dump trucks, HR watercarts (minimum three skill sets preferred)

• Current HR licence (minimum)

• Construction Induction Card (White/Blue)

• Ability to obtain a satisfactory National Police Clearance

• Strong safety mindset and reliable work ethic

• Ability to complete pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening
