Work Right Advisory is seeking experienced Ancillary Operators to support our clients’ mining operations across Western Australia.

What you’ll be doing:

• Operating dozers, graders, watercarts, and other ancillary equipment.
• Supporting production teams with safe and efficient pit operations.
• Completing pre-start inspections and basic equipment care.
• Working collaboratively with mining crews and supervisors.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience operating multiple pieces of ancillary equipment.
• Strong safety focus and ability to follow operational procedures.
• Flexible approach to rostered FIFO/DIDO work.
• Relevant operator tickets and driver’s licence.
