Recruitment Pool - Civil Labourers 

WorkRight Advisory is building a pool of reliable and experienced Civil Labourers for upcoming opportunities across the Perth metropolitan area. Our clients operate in sectors including construction, infrastructure, civil works and related trades, and we are seeking candidates who can step into short-term and ongoing assignments as required.

What Were Looking For

We are seeking candidates with demonstrated experience in civil labouring or similar site-based roles. We are partnering with clients who offer competitive, above-market pay rates for proven performers.

Typical Duties

• Drainage support and general civil works

• Assisting construction crews as required

• Sweeping, shovelling and general labouring

• Plate compaction

• Temporary fencing installation

• Site clean-up and debris removal

Requirements

To be considered for the recruitment pool, applicants should have:

• Previous labouring experience

• A current drivers licence and reliable transport

• A valid White Card

• The ability to meet ongoing drug and alcohol screening requirements
